Great location, very quiet rooms, good linens (too many cushions on the beds!) plenty of hot water...... need...... coffee maker and bottled water.

It's next to the airport's Terminal 1 and serves good authentic Mexican food. Other than that, its renovation date is past due.

We did like our room service order of chilaquiles, quesadillas and enchiladas. Much, much better than the ones served by Wings in Terminal 2 at a similar price range.

Since we were coming and leaving through Terminal 2, which is on the other side of the landing tracks, the hotel wasn't exactly around the corner.

A/C didn't work. I talked to the reception about it and they said they'd send somebody, but nobody came. I took a look at the system and got the impression that the cooling option wasn't even branched in: the socket for cooling inside the temperature control had no wire.

I could smell the humidity in the dependencies.

Overall, not exactly a pleasant stay.

Hotel is nicely appointed and at a fantastically useful location. However, some staff was not as helpful as you may expect from a good hotel. I had a problem with the key for the room and reception handled the problem really poorly, as if they were doing me a favor rather than solving a problem of the hotel. Have to say, however, that the person sent to fix the keypad was really attentive. But I will think twice before staying at a hotel were customers are not fully valued.

These people made a handicap ramp right ON the room entrance door. When we saw the entrance to the room, we asked for another room and they could not care less. I took a picture of this bizarre situation. The only nice things in here: the restaurants.
