I stayed here one night when I had a early flight. The hotel is very convenient with a 2-3 minute walk to the terminal. The rooms were large and clean with all the amenities. (Except no alarm clock) The beds were fine, perhaps a bit hard. You cannot beat the location, unless you stay at the Hilton.
The hotel is older and needs upkeep. The carpets were well worn. The tub in my bathroom was peeling whatever the coating was that was on it.
There were 3 resturants, all very expensive. You are better off going over to the terminals to eat. I was not impressed with my meal at the resturant especially considering the prices.
I did not find the staff particularly friendly or helpful. They did not seem to want to go out of their way to provide service. They were not unfriendly but not overly welcoming. Too many transient travelers I assume.
I think the thing that bothered me the most was the charge to print your boarding pass. I am use to hotels providing this service for free. Just left a bad taste in my mouth, I'd rather go elsewhere next time.
