“Service Around Every Corner”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 February 2012

Incredible! The service was incredible. Another reviewer said it already--staff anticipated my every need. From the moment I checked in the service was on point. Even the door men and bell boys had their acts together. The neighbourhood was pretty well laden with places to eat and a few night spots. The hotel itself could use a bit of updating, but overall the stay was wonderful.

“Excellent Business Hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 February 2012

The Hilton in Mexico is an excellent choice for business. The staff were wonderful. Constantly seeking ways to make you more comfortable. Being there before Christmas the lobby was beautifully decorated. Food in the Executive Lounge for breakfast and dinner was great. Lounge was comfortable for talking, meeting or just relaxing. A welcome respite in a busy city.

Room Tip: The auditorium across the street on the back of the hotel can be noisy. Book a room facing the fron...

“Great location, great service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 January 2012

All you can expect from a JW Marriot in a big city, at the best location to those who want to discover DF and to be in a nice neighborhood. Decoration might look a bit old, but great comfort and great facilities. Only reason not to give it a top rating is because my wife had a small package with some gifts stolen while she waited for the room to get set, and hotel management never gave us a proper feedback on what happened. They've promised to solve it after we left, but never called us or written us with a final answer on the investigation which they opened.

“absolutely awesome service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 January 2012

A luxury hotel in the Polanco area of mexico city, the Beverly hills of Mexico! Walk around this beautiful neighborhood with its many parks named after famous people like Gandhi, Einstein and Martin Luther King. Very safe with many terrific restaurants like Villa Maria and EL Bajio.
The staff anticipate your every need and you dont even have to ask for a reservation to be made or airline boarding passes to be printed.
The cleaning is possibly the best Ive ever seen at any hotel. They made terrific restuarant suggestions and really helped us out with tour operators.
Access to the executive lounge is really worth having because its comfortable and serves a good breakfast. The only two things Id say they need to work on are improving food quality especailly the coffee and the spa even by New York standards is very expensive. The fitness room is very nice with a large pool. The gift shop is limited but has pretty things at reasonable prices. Its better to ask the hotel to call you a Radio taxi. If you call them from your final destinatiom, a shop or a club somewhere they will call you at Radio taxi to get you back to the hotel. Radio taxis are safe and cheaper. Starbucks opposite the hotel is very convenient.

Room Tip: we had the master suite which is just beautiful and spacious with a lovely bathroom
