“No security in rooms, no heating, terrible service (lies when we got in)”

If you are traveling with kids... forget it... they can go out of the room. The receptionist told us that they were removing the lock chains in all rooms... (LIE room next door had one). Unusally there is cold wether in the city this days and there is no heating (I wonder if there will ever be air conditioning)! The receptionist also told me that they do not anounce the hotel with heating (another LIE).
For the price of a room $90USD it is ourtageous!! Worst place I've ever been.... Don't even try.
Soory for the name and the location! We assumed it would be good!
We decided to change tomorrow since it is too late now and we are tired and with a 2 year old girl.

“Great, Hospitable, Professional Service.”

Having never traveled to Mexico City, I was unsure of what to expect from this hotel. The area is quiet and while the hotel is kind of distant from any notable attractions, it was a great place to stay at.
The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The cleanliness is great. The employees are professional and can speak english and spanish to you. The lobby is spacious and includes internet accessibility. The restrooms in the rooms are big and accomodating. The television comes with cable (spanish & english channels). The hotel also includes a well to do fitness center. It was a great experience and I loved it all.
I would definitely stay there again!
