Stayed at Sevilla Palace over the course of four nights. Seems to be a mostly business-oriented hotel, but for tourism purposes was great, too. The glass elevators in the 23 or 24 story hotel were beautiful. Staff is helpful and it isn't hard to find someone who can speak English. (Although they are very encouraging when one tries to speak Spanish.)It's located smack downtown, near the intersection of Reforma and Insurgentes, the two main roads that divide the city N-S and E-W. It's a pleasant walk to the presidential palace and main cathedral. It's also close to the fun zona rosa, with many restaurants and shops. The food is fantastic at this hotel. The breakfast buffet is well worth getting up for and includes both Mexican and American fare. (Cactus juice is a surprise!)There are a couple of bars/lounges, which are comfortable and often have life performers singing in Spanish. The pool/jacuzzi is on the rooftop and, while small, provides a great view of this vast city. The rooms are nice, include TV, marble bathroom. The only complaint is the bed was hard.
