“Great Hotel, Great Value (Bed too firm)”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 August 2011

We stayed for one night in this Hotel and it was great. The room was clean and with everything we needed. We received two bottles of water free. The pool and the Jacuzzi are nice; the Jacuzzi was too hot for us. The staff was great, everyone gave us a great service and they were very serviceable. The onsite breakfast was very good and the prices were OK.

The hotel has free parking and free Internet.

The down side was that the bed was too firm.

“Enjoyed it very much.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 July 2011

This was the first time I have stayed in this hotel and was impressed with everything about the hotel. Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great restaurant on site. It also has a free shuttle service back and forth from the airport which starts early in the morning which is an important feature for myself as usually my connecting flights are early in the morning. I have stayed at two other hotels near the airport before but plan on staying at this hotel on future trips.

“Good place to stay when you're travelling through mexico city”

Its not the place to stay when youre planning to stay longer in mexico city. however, it is great for overnight stays. its clean, good service and the restaurant offers god breakfast and is not overpriced.

Only down point: when i tried to contact the place about a pick-up from the airport i first didnt find a contact email address. i answered to the reservation mail and never got an answer. we knew from friends though that they do free
pick-up runs and found them only after asking at the airport.

“Convenient to the airport, less convenient for sightseeing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 June 2011

Very good hotel overall with special compliments to the Bell and Front Desk Services for ensuring I received ice and bags to put on my injured ankle. Thanks!
The room was quite comfortable and I liked being able to open the window for fresh air (and to air out the dreadful floral air "freshener" that most hotels in Mexico deem an absolute necessity)! The bed was a bit firm for my taste and the reading light by the bed could have been much brighter and preferably a wall sconce rather than a lamp.
This had to have the BEST shower in all of Mexico with plenty of hot water and fantastic water pressure!! The bath toiletries were nice and not too heavily scented.
The hotel provides transportation to the airport on the hour around the clock which was wonderful. Taxis are readily available at the hotel but are quite expensive. I'd recommend using a radio taxi service which costs about 50% of the hotel taxi rates. A taxi to the Zocalo was about 10-15 mins. or so. A taxi to Poniente bus station was about 25 mins. ... not during rush hour!
WiFi Internet was available but it was not "high speed" in the rooms. Using the WiFi in the Lobby provided a higher speed.
A comfortable hotel, well-located for airport convenience and I would stay there again.

“Airport Standby”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 April 2011

An excellent hotel if you require a night in Mexico and no more. Clean, large rooms, efficient staff and excellent amenities including pool, sauna, gym and jacuzzi (and at no extra cost take note Mr Hilton). Room service food was also not bad.

Also provide airport transfer service....excellent value.
