“Filthy rooms, uncorteus staff, non amicable, rude, worst cook for dinner ever, poor service, never will stay at Century.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 November 2010

FIRST IMPRESSION COUNT! Ladies working in the Counter were RUDE and did even tried to solve any of our problems we might have as a guest. Fitness center and pool were not working, elevator did not go to floor 22 where the pool is, room were nothing what picture shows, they were not clean enough, we had to asked to wash our comforter and the matress mwas worn out on both sides, carpet were filthy, we had to change rooms, not robes in the bathrooms as promised, no coffee as promised, "AC/ and Heater" was controlled by hotel, there is not termostate on the bedrooms, so if you are not confortable with the temperature cold or hot, there is nothing you can do. Breakfast included, was ok. however, they do NOT CHANGE MENU. Dinner COOK, was the WORST ever. They do NOT honor coupons that you may present. Only good services were, our breakfast waiter and the room maid. "WE WILL NOT STAY AT CENTURY ZONA ROSA, EVER AGAIN. AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO STAY THERE EITHER".
IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN ZONA ROSA, AND NEED A HOTEL WITH A BUDGET GO accross the street "NH HOTEL" or next door BEST WESTERN ROYAL", great service, same price, same location, great building and decoration, and amicable service.

“Perfect Location, balconies in most rooms, near great food and transportation”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 August 2010

I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. The staff went out of it's way to make our group comfortable. restaurant was ok but nothing spectacular. If you want vegetarian food they have it. safe area lots of restaurants and clubs.

“Wonderful stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 July 2009

My husband and I was staying in this hotel 3 times on our last holiday. The staff was kindly and helpful. Breakfast was good and clean. Dinner was wonderful. We stayed in 3 different rooms, and it was always nice and clean. I will recomand this nice hotel. If we go back to M.C we will of course stay on this hotel.

“Wonderful Location, Price, Breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 February 2008

We are a couple and a teenage boy.
This is the second time we choose Century Hotel and all was the same as a year before.
One of the elevators is always out of service but beside that, all is wonderful there.

This time was floor 17th.
The room has a decent space to take a coffee next to a great view to Liverpool street and you can see many buidings from there.
The bathroom is good, has a big round tube with shower and many towels to use.
No noise from the aisle or other rooms but some pours from the streets, because of its splendid location.

We book it on advance and this time we asked for a buffet breakfast, which was a better choice.
Coffee, chocolate, croissants, yogurth, juices, ham, cheese, all was good and you can pick whatever you want.
The people of the buffet was beyond kind to us.
They also have a free Internet connection.

There's a lot of shops around including restaurants, bars, antiques and souvenirs.
There's a great cd and dvd store two blocks away and another big book store, just ask on the desk.

With the Angel of the Independence, the Chapultepec Park (the Anthropology Museum, Zoo, Gardens, etc) a couple of blocks away and every bus and metro available at the same distance, we can't think of a better place to stay in DF.

Yes, the "zocalo" (historical district) is somehow far, but at night this is a better zone to stay and walk around and you can take the Metro which is just a block away... or even a bus.

Not a single trouble on the streets or in the Metro.
Just be careful, don't take big purses or jewels and try to plan your trip in advance.
You can go to places as far as Xochimilco just by taking the Metro!

We had a wonderful time there... for the second time... and we'd choose it again!
