We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We had a great view over the city and the neighbourhood is very nice as well. The rooms are spacious, well equiped and the beds are very comfortable with a hard matress.
We would definately recommend this hotel and have no complains at all!
The breakfast was good as well with eggs, yoghurt, toast, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, beans, avanas etc.

This is a reasonably priced hotel in the middle of the Zona Rosa. Location is good, with lots of shops, restaurants etc nearby.

Don't expect luxury or extras with this hotel, but the basics were there. No complaints with the room service.

What needs some training and work is the front desk. They have good intentions, but are not as professional and do not always have the attention to detail that most international travelers expect from a hotel in the DF. In my case, they made mistakes such as checking me out by mistake during the middle of my stay. Also, my keycard kept failing for some reason.

These little things unnerved me during my stay, which is a pity since , like I said, they wanted me to have a good experience.

this hotel was was marvelous at FIRST but i do have a few crititsisoms when we got to the hotel room the bed sheets had not been changed and the smell i their was apourling other than that it was fine. I also have to say i found cockroaches in the bath tub and a turd in the 'outstanding' pool my mother couldnt catch her breath so called vacation to relax, i sertainly wont be goin back and i would not advise anyone else to !

My tour operator has selected this hotel and I was not too happy about it. The hotel is located in a clubby area, with the partying going on nearby all night. Very significant police presence make one more reassured that nothing would happen. The electronic key did not work every single time I needed to opem my door, so I develpped a phobia of doors. Every time had to take the elevator back to the lobby to have it reset. The reception staff is not too professional and are overwhelmed and dont care much. Breakfast was reasobable, better than some other similar hotels in Mexico City.
Overall, the service was poor and location would not be my first choice. There are other hotels, that are better quality and cheaper in better areas. And the Business Center, with the Internet enabled PCs is closed on weekends.
