“Good alternative if you do not want to stay in Toluca”

I had to go back to Toluca, again, and thought why not stay in Santa Fe. If traffic cooperates, Toluca is 40 minutes away from the Sheraton. If punctuality is key to your stay, not a good option. There were days those 40 minutes turned into more than an hour. Ok options for dinner or to have a beer, coffee, etc. are close by.

Now, the hotel. Overall it is in good shape. The suites are spacious all around (bathroom, bedroom). The staff always was attentive to my inquiries. Things I would change are the carpet and furniture. These both seemed dated. And the breakfast, stay away from it. Definitely not worth, the approximate $22.

“Consistency”

I have stayed while in the DF on this hotel for more than 10 years. Always good same quality. More restaurants close to the hotel gives a better chance of enjoying good meals and avoid the traffic of the City.

“ok hotel with ok facilities”

Spent there three nights. OK room, had no view but everything I needed was there. It´s better to book online. And be careful with your personal stuff, theft is in the air.

“My favorite in the area”

I have stayed here several times on business. Have also stayed at Camino Real and Westin in this area. Prefer the Sheraton Suites. Large, clean rooms. Good service. Price is similar to other properties in this area.

“Bang for bucks in Santa Fe”

Very spacious room (well suite actually), nice amenities, everything is good.
Internet was free (bit slow and unreliable at times), but breakfast was not included in the rates for me.
Only problem I had was due to the location, as it is in a business district, the whole area is almost like ghost town after 7pm. If your work is predominantly in Santa Fe, this is a good choice.
I moved to Nikko in city, I just got bored after few days in Santa Fe!
