I have been to this horrible place from Mar 12 to Mar 16 and cannot recommend anyone to stay there.

The room was very dirty; the floor never cleaned and the tiles in the bathroom were sticky while different pubic hairs - not mine - were lying on the bottom. It was really terrible in this place and I don´t know why they can show 4 stars, they didn´t even earn a single one.

Moreover, they told me after 2 days of my stay (and not when I have entered the hotel) that my voucher, paid in my travel agency, wouldn´t be valid anymore because it would be too old (paid in December 2006). Finally, they have clarified this mistake (but I had to tell them 3 or 4 times to do this) so that I was not charged twice but the entire procedure shows that their management is everything else than professional.

I only may warn other travellers not to come to this bad place, the worst hotel I have ever been.
You only might send your greatest enemies to this horrible place.

Because of unavailabilty of hotels over xmas '06 i made the mistake of booking 4 nites at Plaza Los Reyes! i travel several times a year & never have I exxperienced such a horrible hotel! The place was filthy, carpets stained rooom, not been dusted in years, windows so dirty couldn't see out! minamil electric outlets, insufficient lighting, some nonfunctioning! room service dirty trays remained 24 hours without removal! all complaints to management fell on deaf ears-nothing was corrected-i changed rooms 3 times! the neighborhood was dangerous, dirty, disgusting -filled with the most disreputable remnants of humanity! taxi driver warned me not to cross the main street-independencia del sur-much too dangerous! This hotel has no relationship to the misrepresentation of it's website!

The Plaza Los Reyes Hotel is a comfortable and conveniently located hotel. It is clean and nicely decorated. The historic district is only a short walk away, San Juan de Dios shopping venue is across the street, and there are several delicious eateries in the area. The hotel also offers complimentary internet service, water bottles, valet parking, and a friendly staff.
