We travel to Guadalajara at least once or twice a year and always stay at Casa Campos. It is small enough to feel intimate and yet not too small. The ambiance is very cheerful and we always feel very welcomed by the bi-lingual staff. We are animal lovers and appreciate the fact that we can bring our dogs if we are traveling with them.. We ADORE the monkeys in the patio.. Everyone is always courteous and helpful with whatever we have needed... taxi's, tickets to events... recomendations for things. We have gone on business and for pleasure and in every case it is just right for our needs. Tlaquepaque is a very elegant old colonial part of Guadalajara. Everything is easy to access by taxi from Casa Campos and yet it feels very friendly. One of Guadalajara's best restaurants ADOBE is just across the side street... and one half block away is major elegant and speciality shopping all on a pedestrian only historically protected promenade.

I visted Guadalajara for a few days last winter and stayed at Casa Campos. The rooms were comfy, the staff was helpful and the monkeys were fabulous. Also, you can't get much more central Tlalaquepaque than this place.

My husband and I decided to go for our honeymoon to Guadalajara and found it quite difficult to find something nice and warm as we stayed at two other hotels before trying casa campos.

My husband loves monkeys, it was a surprise for him finding this type of animals... the place is wonderful, the shower great!! the staff very helpful.

All around is peace and quiet.

Their only mistake...is the poor tv channel selection. no good.
