Casa Colonial in the heart of Cuernavaca is a lovely place to stay a few days or more in Cuernavaca. The rooms are excellent, beds are best!, the service is great, all members of the staff are always friendly and very helpfull. The food is also very good - dinner at the hotel´s restaurant "Hidalgo" at the zócalo with a magic view of the Palacio Cortés - the most important and impressive building in town! In total the Hotel Casa Colonial is the best offer for a very good price! All important sites are close, in walking distance. Don´t miss Museo Casa Brady almost in front of the Hotel.

I recently led a group of 10 travelers from Canada, the US and the UK to Cuernavaca and the group was unanimous about our 4-night stay at Casa Colonial: it was a GREAT experience and an incredible value for the price.

The hotel is well located - walking distance from all the sites and city center - the rooms are very clean, the beds extremely comfortable, the breakfast a gastronomic experience, and the staff friendly, helpful and professional. The decor is beautiful, the garden is lush and the pool clean and fresh. The hotel manager helped us plan this trip - always accommodating our last minute changes - and helping us coordinate transportation and reservations at restaurants. I highly recommend staying at Casa Colonial - for a relaxing and pleasant stay in Cuernavaca.

We stayed one night and really enjoyed the place, the staff was very friendly, our room was a clean and nice small room but enough for 2, The gardens are beautiful and it's very peaceful and relaxing to sit by the pool, by the way the pool was clean but cold.

We loved that is well located near the zocalo and other interesting places.
The only complaint we had was that the restaurant close early, we arrived at 9pm and we were really hungry and the hotel did not have the restaurant in service.
I would really recommend this relaxing peaceful hotel!

I travell frequently to Cuernavaca and I have to say that this is by far the best hotel. I have stayed in Casa Azul, Mañanitas, Camino Real and i just recently tried Casa Colonial out. By far it offers the best service, food, acomodations and the breakfast is truly an experience. The rooms are very comfrotable, and fitted wit air conditioning, cable TV and the interiors are beatuifull. I had no problems with the service and the location of the hotel is perfect for taking a stroll through the downtown cultural sites. I would recomend Casa Colonial if your planning to stay in Cuernavaca. Cheers and keep up the good work.
