This is a pretty boutique hotel with themed rooms in Cuernavaca. It was conveniently located, had a great pool area, big rooms, decent food, good service, etc. It's a very pretty hotel with a lot of character. The rooms were a bit pricey, but all in all, a very nice stop.

I spent a three day holiday in this hotel and must say my family and I were surprised by the oustanding service they have, i.e. we asked for more towels and they arrived within the minute, literally.
The food is really good and the prices real low, the pool heated and we even get along with other guests.
I totally recommend it!

Despite the beauty of this hotel and the pleasantness of the staff, I couldn't stay here again because they have no idea how to handle thoughtless guests who are yelling and partying in the courtyard, immediately outside one's room. Four out of 15 nights were totally ruined for sleep, despite multiple calls to the front desk. The response was always, "They're guests." What was I??? Think the night staff did not have the cojones to deal with problem guests, so they let me suffer, rather than take any action.

Incredible vegetation and perfectly manicured gardens with gorgeous lighting add to the setting. We stayed in a the Coyoacan suite. Large bath and antique furniture with modern touches like a flat tv cleverly hidden behind a mirror.
Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
We dined at the restaurant and the food is really good and a great value as well. A substantial breakfast was included in the room rate.
You would never know there's so much beauty and comfort hidden behind a plain wall when you pull in the narrow street and parking lot.
I'd recommend it to anyone with no children. You won't be disappointed!
