With only 8 suites, Erica and her staff can cater to each guest. My husband and I stayed here with another couple in two of their suites. The accommodations were GREAT with made to order breakfast daily. Each of our suites had their own pool, and the views were wonderful. The friendly staff assisted us with dinner and activity reservations, as well as arranged for taxis and currency exchange. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay there again! We have already recommended it to our other friends.

The staff, (or rather I should say FAMILY), as that is how they make you feel, were Very friendly and pleasant! The rooms were gorgeous and very clean. The view from our own "infinity pool" was Incredible!! Erica and the staff all had such caring Spirits about them and they were doing everything possible to ensure that you had an enjoyable and worry-free stay at their hotel! Never before have we stayed at an accommodation in a foreign country and felt so safe and secure. We never worried about our dive gear or other valuables while we were away from the room! You can't find a better value for your money and "peace of mind" than this hotel. We will definitely be returning!! STAY HERE AND YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!! I traveled to Zihau with my fiance to attend a wedding at the tides. I'd been told about this place by a friend and decided to stay somewhere different. For half price of the tides you get the most amazing, clean, beautiful well run hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff is soooo friendly. Anything you need they will help you do. The showers with the screens facing out over the bay is an incredible addition. The grounds are immaculate. And they really do treat you like family. I will not stay anywhere else when in Zihau. And if Hotel Don Francisco opens more hotels elsewhere I will stay with them as well. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel/BnB.

My family and I got ready here for our wedding, had our pictures taken and spent our wedding night here. We loved it, the only regret we had was staying in a resort and not booking to stay here the entire time. It is so authentic and so clean and the service from Fransisco and his staff is AMAZING!
