We went to Zihuatanejo and found this hotel when we got there since our first choice fell through. One of our requirements in looking for a place was that the AC worked well, plus we needed several rooms since we were there with a lot of family, I believe we ended up renting about 6 rooms all together! We were quite satisfied with the hotel, except for a few minor details. The door in the shower of the room I was staying in was the sliding type and it was literally falling apart, I complained about this and a few other details (the toilet lid falling off) but got nowhere. It definitely is a family run business without excellent customer service in mind (the ladies at the front desk spent their time on their laptops, I think I could even tell what they were playing-farmville). The view from the balcony rooms was great though and that the balcony was shared among the rooms was a plus considering we rented all the rooms that shared it! Oh we didn't dare go into the beach right in front of the hotel though, it was not very appealing.
