“Management Meeting-Superb!”

This was our first trip to The Tides. We take an annual management retreat and typically will visit a beach area usually in Mexico or Hawaii.

From the moment I began working with Angelica Celestino, Group Sales Manager, I was certain our experience would be outstanding, and our group was not disappointed! From the surrounding gardens, water features, beautiful accommodations, service, food and TLC from Angelica and her team, we had an awesome experience. There were a couple of hiccups, but when the staff learned of any issue, they came running (literally!) to assist. I am so impressed by the level of service and attention to every detail! We had 29 in our group and I think everyone has congratulated me on planning the BEST retreat ever.

Thank you so much, Angelica and all your team members! We will not forget The Tides!

Room Tip: There's not a bad room in the entire property!

“Heaven on Earth.”

We stayed for two weeks there and did not want to believe how fast it flew away. The people, the food, the room, the SPA, the garden, the Beach...all just perfect. Especially beachside service was great. The place is spotless.

“Great comfort in Mexico”

We just spent several very pleasant days at this location.Maybe we were lucky getting Room 1 on the beach ,but the setting was great, the service and friendliness of the staff was tip-top.
Hotel food was excellent, and the not connected beach bar next door did the most wonderful fish I have ever tasted. The baby turtles hatching out at night added to the atmosphere.
Why did we have to wait until we got our grey hairs to discover this place?

Room Tip: Mostly separate villas or small low- rise buildings. Price increases with luxury of the room. We go...

“" True Paradise"”

The Tides is our paradise. The staff are simply the most accommodating we have ever experienced. Your wish is their command. The food is absolutely delicious, whatever you order. Imagine fine dining on the beach for lunch or just having a salad,right at your private little table it's sheer decadence . La Ropa beach is gorgeous and the weather is pretty perfect. We have been to The Tides four times.
A very,very special place.
