“Casa Isabel is the best!”

We stayed at the Playa Los Arcos for 3 weeks in December of 2011 through to January 2012. During this time we went to the Casa Isabel for dinner and absolutely fell in love with the place. It is a quaint 14 room hotel with everything you need. After our 3 week stay at Play Los Arcos we decided to book a new flight and extend our holiday an extra week at the Casa Isabel. We have been to Peurto Vallarta many times and have stayed at several different Hotels, Casa Isabel is by far the very best.

Wendy (the lady in the office that takes care of the reservations) was so helpful and cheerful. Isabel (the owner) is so personable with all her guests. All the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable from the second we got there.

Our room was absolutely incredible, it overlooked the entire Bay as well as Old Town. You couldn't ask for better! It was completely equipped with everything you need including a full fridge and 4 burner gas stove. There was even a huge jug of purifed water in our room for free.
All phone calls to home (Canada) were FREE and very quick and simple to call out. We had our own private terrace with a warm infinaty pool and BBQ. The staff don't shut down the pools at 10:00 pm like all the other hotels we have stayed at. In fact they clean them early in the morning allowing us to enjoy them as late as we like.

Room service and Patio service is FREE and quick! The staff are always smiling.

The restaurant (as well as the rooms) have the most beautiful view in PV. Being that the restaurant is one of the classiest places to eat in PV, we were shocked at how low their prices were. A incredible tasting Filet Mignon was less than 1/2 the price of a Filet Mignon at the Vista Grill which is right across the way. I like my wine and found their wine prices very reasonable for a nice wine.

Casa Isabel is in a great location. up on the hill giving you a breath taking view and only a easy 3 minute walk to Old Town and less than 5 minutes to the beach.

We were in PV with two other couples and asked Wendy if they could spend the day on the terrace with us to enjoy the infinaty pool and have a BBQ. Not only did they allow our friends to spend the day enjoying their facilities, Isabel came over and chatted with them, makeing them feel so welcome.

On the day we had to leave we went to the office to check out. Isabel was there and asked us what time out flight was. We told her it wasn't until 5:45 pm. Isabel told us to go back and enjoy our room until we needed to go to the airport. This just made our day (which started off so sad) we actually got to enjoy another 3 hours in our beautiful room.

We will always stay at the Casa Isabel everytime we go to PV. You just can't beat it!!!

Room Tip: All the rooms have a beautiful view, however the one and two bedrooms are much bigger and fully equi...

“Magical Experience”

My wife Jessica and I have just returned from a 6 day stay at Casa Isabel. It was both our second time in Puerto Vallarta and at Casa Isabel. The stay was more than amazing. The view from the Cristal Suite is now the wallpaper for my phone! We spent hours in the infinity pool gazing into the ocean.

We greatly appreciated the efforts of the owner and staff! Isabel made it a point to come sit with us whenever we were in the restaurant. One of the waiters took us to a remote beach where he takes his own family. We got to meet his son, and we were invited to meet his wife and the rest of his family the next time we come to Puerto Vallarta. We were treated as if we were long lost friends visiting from out of town as opposed to simply hotel clients.

The room (Cristal Suite) was amazing as well. We could have slept all day if we wanted too, or just lounged in the room's open air patio overlooking the ocean.

We cannot wait to go back!

Thank You, Isabel for a fantastic vacation. Our highest compliments to all of your staff!!

“Honeymooner's delight!”

What an incredible place! The town is absolutely heavenly...my wife and I loved it! We stayed in the Cristal Honeymoon Suite and oh my goodness was it awesome! The room service was great, free coffee or cappuccino every morning, WONDERFUL food! Don't listen to anyone who says you will get sick, just be smart and don't eat from dirty streetside vendors (there are clean ones! just use your eyes). The only complaint we had was the night time restaurant staff...they weren't nearly as nice as the morning staff (they work for the restaurant and I don't think they are as much "casa isabel" as everyone else).

The view was amazing, the rooms was amazing, the food was amazing, the service was amazing, the amenities were amazing...best honeymoon I could imagine! We WILL be back :)

Room Tip: Cristal was awesome! Heard from others (and we agree) that it is the best room they have.

“The Best Place I've ever stayed! Beautiful Views & sunsets!”

What I have to say, about,as a whole the "Casa Isabel". Everyone that works there is friendly and with big smiles, you can tell they enjoy where they work! That says alot about the owner! Ms. Isabel!, she is a down to earth person, never mets a stranger and loves to talk! She treats her staff like family.
This hotel is pristine! and the linens and beds are soooo comfortable. Cleanliness is #1 main rule of Casa Isabel!
Miss Carla was very accomadating finding us tours and taxis, we would not have such an fun & eventful time if not for her!
Mike was great to tell us where to go for the best buck for the peso, and printing out our upgraded plane ticket back to the states.
Artulleo (sp) our favorite waiter was a delight! Off from his shift, he took us in his car, to Old Town Vallarta, to the favorite nightlife place, for our age group to have a fun time dancing, (between 40's-60's) Andales' the DJ played 80's & 90's music with a little western mix. FUN !
Our cleaning lady Leah room #(300) was always there to meet any needs when we placed our door sign out. Our room had the view to die for! We slept with the panoramic window open always!

Room Tip: Most of the rooms do, Just ask they are very honest.

“An annual "must"”

We have been staying at Casa Isabel for several years - twice in 2011! We have stayed in studio style units, one bedroom units and the two bedroom unit - all are beautifully appointed and kept immaculately clean by the friendly and quietly efficient staff. The recent addition of the warm infinity pools provides yet another means to enjoy the breathtaking views. The restaurant is another welcome addition - good food served by friendly staff. The Casa is just a short downhill walk to the old town and the beach and cabs are plentiful for the trip back if you are not up to the climb. We also cook in a meal or two and have found Los Mercados, a little plaza with a great deli, bakery, fresh produce store and a wine shop also not far away. Our latest trip, over Christmas found the evenings cool and the days warm - perfect combination. With at least 8 here so far we can see no reason to not return again and again. We highly recommend Casa Isabel!

Room Tip: I don't think there are any rooms that would not be a good choice!
