Hi there its feb 6 just got back.The place was awssom to say the least. We got there at night time and realy didnt know what there was to do to the next day.We went for breakfest [o my god ]was it good, every thing you would want,lots of fresh fruit to.The dinner spots we had to chose from were a 10 out of 10 remember no shorts,dress up is required. We were right next to the mariena and saw the cruse ships come in.The hotel is very clean.Rooms were just ok but clean The beaches were great lots of chairs.didnt like been hounded to buy all the time by the venders.No kids as they had there own place to go.Great sports bar.The bars were everywhere and we were served at the beach.The hot tub was hot and adults only.The main pool was hot and a family pool,very large.The other pool as adults only.very nice.We didnt buy the excursions at the hotel but at the beach at half price to the hotels rates.Dont get stuck seeing the time share stuff its a wast of time, just tell them no thanks.and stick to it.Front desk and bell hops were great.The nighty intertainment was very good and is located down the street.It needs cleaning badly When you come bring only us dallars.Its very safe to walk around even at night.The tours to go on are the zip lining pirot night cruse whale watching island of the night dinner cruse.Id go back in a heart beat.

This is a great clean place to stay, the staff is great, the bel boys are wonderful if you need anything just ask. We always seem to bump into Angel the bell boy he is always ready to help with any questions on places to go, things to do, the best tours anything. I know they say tip included but these guy work for $ 5.00 a day and they have real familys and real bills so a few dollars in tips really helps. would stay here again and again the location is awsome,staff is super, food is ok but you should try the restaruants they are great.and if you are going say hi to angel from the marshalls.

Checked out of this resort Feb 5, 2012. Spent 7 days. In summary I have a mixed impression of this resort.

Rooms- Very poor beds-if you like a VERY HARD BED-then you will enjoy; some beds had BUTT impressions in the mattresses, clean but lousy washroom. Ironing board missing. Alarm clock did not work. Noisy AC units outside entrance door. In my opinion I should not have to complain to staff about my room. Usually people don't spend a lot of time in their rooms but the basics like a good sleep, shower/bath are extremely important which was lacking here.

Food- Buffet food was edible but nothing that would cause big weight gain. The a la carte restaurants had good meals that made the stay more enjoyable.

Service- Staff certainly tried their very best to help and some had good english.

The beach was good but I found the vendors quite annoying-I recommend a private beach if you don't want to be nagged all the time. "Club Nitro" has some good performances that I enjoyed. Location is good-close to a supermarket and nearby streets were quiet.

Overall I'm not sure I would go to this resort again.

We had access to this resort as we were staying at their "sister" resort The Golden Crown Paradise. We ate at the Italian Ala Carte resturant one night and the food and service were excellent. We also stopped by the Sports Bar and watched the Giants vs 49ers game. There was lots of big screen TV's to view the game on and the bar service was very good considering the crowd. This is a family resort and there was a lot of kids there. We walked by the main pool one afternoon and the decibel level from the kids playing was off the Richter Scale. I guess this should be expected. This only made me happier that I was staying at the adult resort.
