We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights among friends from different countries and I must say what a great experience it was. From the begining to the end, service, F&B, rooms, etc, were absolutly amazing.
Thank's to all the Embarcadero Pacifico staff for a great vacation.

Just want to let the management of the Hotel that the staff was great especially Mariano,Daisy,Alex (aka Hector at the bar) Samuel,Hector,Luis,Roberto,Roberto the manager and all the other staff that we did not get their names. This was our first trip to Mexico and it will not be our last as we have already booked a trip in May and we will be staying at the Embarcadero Pacifico. To the managers you have a great Hotel and awesome staff and that is why we are coming back in May. So Mariano I will bring you some Peach cigars. Take care and see you in May

I have never witten a review for a hotel, but I just had to for the first time. At the very begining checking in to the last day the staff was wonderful. All the way from Roberto Nonez Torres Front Desk Manger to the chamber maid. They treated me and my girlfriend like we were the owners. This the second time for me staying at the Embarcadero and it's under a new Manager who you can tell is dedicated to make improvements to this location. Let's talk about location as many of you have traveled to different hotels in Mexico you find yourself locked at the hotel. At this location not only are grounds and people nice you can also experience the wonderful place along the harbor and you must stop at Victor's. Also if you meet a crazy woman whosays the pirate ship cruise/dinner sucks she is nuts and stuck up, we had a blast. Also management if you reading this get more games uno has had it., Bottom the place is great and improving and we will be back. Take care peeps at Embarcadero we were the crazy couple that stayed at your place, By the way Roberto no Cubans allowed in the USA. I'm now in jail. No just kidding, but you cant bring them in.

Just recently stayed for 5days/4nites and let me say first that the weather was SPECTACULAR each day!! Once we arrived to the ALL INCLUSIVE hotel we were greeted by several gr8 staff members. It was a slow start had a quick room change after speaking w/ front desk agent ROBERTO who is an exceptional face for this hotel. Our room was newly renovated, colorful, comfortable & spacious & a flat screen tv and personal a/c unit always helps (but never needed the a/c). Hotel property is amazing & spacious, clean you will always see the staff cleaning up & maintaining. The buffett offered for breakfast, lunch & dinner has something for every1 and is served out on the marina deck you will see beautiful boats/yachts coming and going. The marina (malecon) is literally next door so you can walk up & down several shoppes & eateries with many choices for drinking, eating desserts & shopping and wonderful views of the marina & cruise ships. We visited for a breakfast & snack D'z Rock & Roll (diner great diner and menu setup). 2pools on main property and 2pools on villaside of property w/ beach acess. Hotels is no more than 10mins from PVR airport and I recommend once you land and retrieve bags if your not interested in booking tours please bypass those agents that are waiting in droves to help you and continue your way to exit the airport to awaiting local taxis. There will be a taxi stand before u exit to pay for taxi which we did thinking that was standard and paid 180pesos for ride to airport for 2people 1carryon..later learned on my return from the hotel to airport that same ride w/ a local taxi only came out to be 50pesos.. so we figured that the airport taxistand wasn't the way togo but hey 1st timers so I'll take that!!
So to sum it all up- WILL RETURN-HOPE YOU VISIT- and if you want to book a tour from the hotel directly they can set that up for you!!
