The room is noisy and right on the street. The shower stall leaked so that after each shower you had to mop up. Everything cheap. I geuss if you could get a quiet room in the back it might be ok.

After reading the reviews here i thought i had to try this hotel. I knew the location would be fabulous after going to pv for the first time last year and it was the best. The pool is great on the roof with the best views and yes it is heated. Since this hotel has 2 sister properties:los arcos suites accross the street and los arcos half a block away, you can use the pools and gacilities of the other 2 hotels. The casa dona susana is an adults only property and one days a guest from the other hotel brought their 4 screaming kids to the quiet serene pool and after i went to the front desk to complain they were immediately asked to leave. There were about 12 different tv channels that had english television programming. The bed was surprising comfortable also. One caveat - this is not a fancy hotel. It is clean, the rooms are abit small but the value is awesome.

Came back here again and spent 8 nights here. Had a very stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Hotel is in the "old part" of PV, so walking distance to beach, and good restuarants and clubs. Not fancy, but an excellent value for the money.

I found this place on line and read the reviews on trip advisor. I went with a friend for a week and it turned out to be awesome. The staff were friendly and attentive from the start and throughout our stay. First the location couldn't be any better. In the heart of the town, with everything we needed only steps away. The beach was amazing and only steps from the door. It hs a rooftop pool/patio that is magnificent with great views and a relaxing atmosphere.This hotel was amazing from start to finish. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a true Mexican vacation experince.
