“Wonderful vacation at Torres Mazatlan!”

We spent a week at a condo in Torres Mazatlan and it was fantastic! The resort is centrally located and it is very easy to commute to Old Mexico, Malacon, the Machado, and the Mercado. The resort itself is located right on the beach and it also has a beautiful pool. Our balcony looked out over the resort and the ocean and we watched the beautiful sunset every evening. The grounds are immaculate and the staff are phenomenal! Very friendly, helpful and fun! The resort offers various activities (we enjoyed the karaoke, and some of the friendly competition games). We arranged our whale watching expedition through the resort staff and it was awesome! The condo itself was very nice and very well equipped. We made our own dinners a few nights and we ate at the resort restaurant La Palapa a couple of times (and that was great too!). Overall we loved this resort--not the huge towering type resorts but a nicer homier atmosphere. We will be back!! Thanks Torres Mazatlan for a memorable trip! My only issue on the trip was that the beds were pretty firm...ok, I'm use to a soft bed....Oh, and we did not have any concerns with our safety while traveling in Mazatlan...

Room Tip: We were in building D and found it to be great!

“Awesome”

This is one of the best vacations I have had. I travel a fare bit. The staff is by far the best. The people staying at the resort are so very friendly. I found the food and drinks to be a bit expensive. The condos are very clean and a pleasure to stay in. I can't wait to go back next year. By the way I found it very safe. I ran every morning by myself and being a women I am careful. Teh sun rises and sun sets are awesome. We did zip lining for the first time. Highly reccommend it. Paid for a private city tour in an open air cab. And on my last morning did a mountain bike tour with Rudy from the resort. What a way to end the week seeing what you would never see on your own in the back 40 of mazatlan. Thanks Rudy you are highly recommended!

Stayed for 10 days. This resort is all inclusive, you don't have to leave the grounds if you don't want to. The staff are excellent including hotel, cleaning, bar, restaurant. Spent 85% of the time in the pool. Two Happy Hours daily, Sunday brunch. Excellent grounds keepers. Got to release baby Tortuga on our last night!

Room Tip: We stayed on top in one of the penthouses, beautiful sunsets and views of the beach every day.

“WONDERFUL STAY”

We spent a week at the resort in the beginning of December.....First i'd like to thank Rosabel, the Hotel Manager.....She made our stay memorable from the time we arrived...So professional and accommodating..... Also want to thank Juaquina, the Concierge Manager...She welcomed us upon our arrival and guided us though our daily activities... She was very knowledgeable and always steered us in the right direction... Her recommendations of the Pulmonia Tour and ATV Tour was the highlight of our week. Rudy also was very helpful even thought I interrupted his Bingo Games a couple of times....

Although the rooms were a bit dated, they were clean (beds were a bit hard a).. Location was perfect regarding the beach, grounds were well maintained....All the staff could not have been nicer....

Never felt unsafe....went all over the city....and will definitely return to Mazatlan and to one of our favorite hotels, Torres Mazatlan...

“Great Place!”

I can't say enough good things about this resort. The Palapa restaurant had pretty good food the condos were very nice. At the Palapa, you could get free chips and salsa with anything that you ordered. They were great and addicting! The weather was pretty cold this Christmas week but we still were outside most of the day and night. Just check the weather before you go and dress appropriately. We ventured out out of the resort about 3 nights and went into the marchado area. This was not the most authentic Mexico trip that i have taken but for the whole family (4 siblings and kids) to share time together this was a great place.
