My family an i used to spend a lot of time in Acapulco when i was a child, and we decided to go back when i graduated from high school and we found this place and let me tell you, it was incredible!!! every room had a balcony that overlooked the ocean and the incredible sunsets!! the owner, Chiara greeted us personally when we arrived and was so nice!! she speaks fluent english, spanish and italian for travellers who speak other languages. If you are looking for a non-commercial, quaint and REAL mexican experience, this is what you want. The hotel itself is small, Italianate, built by the owner's italian father. The pool is on top of the hotel overlooking the ocean, beautiful!!!
The owners were great, i stayed 3 weeks longer than my parents and they made sure my friend and i were looked after and safe!!

I love this place because of its owners. They are very protective of their guests. The rooms are intimate and very neat. It is very beautiful in each room as they all overlook the Pacific Ocean. The downtown area is easily accessible by taking the bus or a taxi or just walking. It is in Old Acapulco and still has a quaintance about it. Not so commercialized as the other hotels.
