Well, we arrieved and the clerk took 20 minutes to give us the electronic key and guess what, the room was busy! She gave us another key and the room was also busy (seriously)!
She said "it is because the system failed". Finally we got a room and but there were nosiy customers doing a barbecue on the hotel terrace with loud music!
The next day when we went to the restaurant, they run out of food (true) they said "it is because there is a lot of customer" so?
By the way the water of the swimming pool was realy dirty.
At least clerks were kind and the looked realy sorry.
I think the hotel is poorly managed

We stayed for 8 nights with our 18 month baby. The hotel was wonderful. The room was so much nicer than the pictures shown here. We had down comforters, the room was renovated and very clean. The two bedroom two bath was just what we needed traveling with a toddler. I would recommend bringing your own crib. The one they provided was too small, it was the size of a bassinet.

We are new to Saltillo and staying here until our belongings arrive. The room itself is not bad and atleast the beds are clean and comfortable. Overall things seem a bit shabby. Water in the showers has been hit and miss. Most of the time it is barely warm. One morning the water was not working until 9:30 am (not even a trickle out of the faucets). Our unit is designed for extended stay and is NOT very well equipped. We had to request hot plate for cooking and all they sent was one frying pan and no cooking utensils. It has been interesting trying to prepare meals. Restaurant seems to be open only for breakfast.

They offer wireless connection but it only works periodically. Haven't tried the business centre so perhaps it works in there.

One big disappointment has been the front desk staff. They do not seem very friendly or accommodating. In general I find people in Saltillo to be very warm and helpful, including the restaurant and housekeeping staff here. If we could just avoid the front desk things would be much better!

To sum it up, I think the hotel could use a general facelift and some new faces at the front desk to improve the overall quality.
