Have eaten at other hotels in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. Stayed at several others. HOWEVER, without a doubt, the Hilton Garden Inn in Nuevo Laredo remains the number one hotel in this city. The personnel are professional, guest oriented and attend to every need. They have a business center that is staffed by a courteous staffer. The Front Desk is second to none. When you come in to the Hilton Garden Inn, and you have been there previously, they remember your name and even your room preference.
These are exceptional people, more than reasonable rates and located close to everything. Safety is not an issue unless you are involved in the drug business. Taxis are reliable and the people of the City go out of their way to be accommodating. The Hilton Garden Inn is the place to stay.

This is a standard-fare hotel. Nice size room with both kings and doubles. A previous reviewer stated problems with unclean rooms and less that hospitable staff. My experience is completely opposite. Gracious staff, very clean rooms, and wireless internet (included with room price). Although it's not close to the border, a 10 dollar cab fare will get you anywhere you want to go. Highly recommended.

I don´t have any complaint with HHiltons Nuevo Laredo service. My experience begins at NLaredo´s airport when you arrive your plain HHilton service begins.

My fiance, a Mexican citizen, and I stay here regularly. The service is great -- of course, being a regular they now greet us by name -- and the breakfasts are wonderful. The rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. The wireless internet servicfe is extremely weak at the end-of-hallway rooms. If you need it, ask for a room in the middle -- still not strong, but usable.
