My fiance, a Mexican citizen, and I stay here regularly. The service is great -- of course, being a regular they now greet us by name -- and the breakfasts are wonderful. The rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. The wireless internet servicfe is extremely weak at the end-of-hallway rooms. If you need it, ask for a room in the middle -- still not strong, but usable.
I have to go to Neuvo on business about five times a year. Every time I have stayed at this hotel I have had horrible service; dirty rooms, rude desk and hotel staff and poor mangament staff
The very best hotel in Nuevo Laredo. Super service and rooms. The food was fantastic and the service spectaculiar.
good food, excellent service/staff, clean, new hotel. supermarket, macdonalds, pizza hut 10 minutes walk, real food and restaurant $10 taxi to downtown. we used the indoor pool much, and gym.
the hilton is the one you get what you pay for the help is very helpfull rooms are cleen and you can drink there water nice indoor pool and much more say hi to juan have a good time see you next week end
