If you want a CLEAN place with friendly people and good service, this is a really good place to stay.
If you need wireless connectivity - forget it. It's the 21st century, but the wireless only works if you're in the lobby or on the first floor. I was on the 3rd floor for my first visit and the 6th floor for my second visit (3 days later). The first night was not so critical, but I'm staying for 2 nights on the 2nd visit.
I spoke to the front desk receptionist about this. In PERFECT English, she informed me they have had several complaints about this, and that they are working to move into the current century. Even when connected via ethernet, it feels like high speed dial up. FAIL.
Facilities are nice, people are friendly, a few easy to walk to places for dining, etc.
As always, the Mexican people are warm, friendly and very welcoming - heck, I married a Mexican women (she's mean as hell, but everyone else is awesome). hahaha. :D
If you don't need true high speed internet or an actual working wireless connection, this truly is a nice hotel. Go get it if those factors don't bother you.
Sorry for the "No" rating, but my traveling friends would need the features mentioned just above.
