Best Western Centro in . monterrey, mexico was not a great experience! The hotel service sucks and the hotel personell are not very helpful! We went early in the morning to go shopping and returend back to the hotel at 4p.m. and our rooms were still not cleaned. complained the front desk and they did not respond quickly to the complaint. if your paying $100 a night...you would think the rooms would be cleaned by the time you return from a day out! This hotel is not a great looking hotel...hence not great servcie. if you can avoid staying at this hotel please do. you will save yourself a headache! personell are not very helpful and maid service are very very lazy! spoke with the manager <pedro. <not helpful at all. honestly....he had a smug look on his face. he really did not care about our concerns. this is the first time i´ve stayed at a hotel where they do not accomodate thier clients and treat them like children. making them wait 45 minutes to have our room cleaned. They did not compensate nothing. not even a free meal for their maid service error and for thier rudeness. all this hotel wants is your money. other then that they will not accomadate you in any way! words of advice Do not STAY here!!!!
