As always is a pleasure to be in this hotel. It is the first review i write regarding this hotel but believe me, every time I've been here the stay is great.
Service in general its great, check in is really fast (better to have Priority Club card), rooms are big enough with 2 doors so you can rest without noise.
Restaurant is good, is buffet style and you can find mexican food, meat court, pasta court, salads, desserts, etc... drinks included except beer and alcohol...
Hotel is very safe, i suggest that if you want to go outside at night arrange a taxi from the hotel so he can pick you up...it very safe...

Wifi is free!!, bed is comfortable and in general its very clean!

This hotel continues to provide everything you need for a safe comfortable stay. They now have a free internet option (a little slower speed). It was good for emails. Restaurant staff was very good.
Security in Monterrey is a concern and there is security evident in the lobby area. They seem to be very attentive to security needs. One night, there were Federal Police that stayed at the hotel. I was attentive but felt secure at this hotel.
The bed was very comfortable and the TV was new. There are only a few English channels - but Fox News was there.

Only a good room with big beds and confortable, but the service, Especially in the restaurant, is Deplorable !!! This hotel is over quoted, try a othet one for this range of rate.
