We booked a room here Friday evening on the hotel website for Saturday night. We checked in around 12pm and everything went smoothly. They charged for the room at check-in which I found odd but they said its their policy, not that I minded. We got up to the room and found it to be very clean and spacious! The room was so quiet and I know there were other people staying on the floor but we didnt hear a peep. My only complaint would be the shower head was kind of funky but nothing too bad. Cant beat the stay for the price and location. We felt very safe and the staff was very attentive.

The room was in excellent condition and very clean. The grounds were also imaculate. I was sick for a day while I was there so I ordered room service. I expected an extra charge. Well great surprise, there wasn't any! Not like in the states where you are charged "two prices" for room service. The restaurant food was very good, and room service was 24 hours a day. The staff bent over backwards to make you feel comfortable. The location was exactly where I needed to be. The bed was king size and very comfortable. I am looking forward to staying there again soon!

We were looking for a nice hotel in Tijuana that wasnt too expensive. After looking around we found Palacio Azteca we stayed a friday night to saturday morning we paid $80 a room. I thought the hotel looked lovely. Our room had a queen size bed with a 32in tv there was a table with chairs and air conditioner. Our restroom was nice with a tub and had a basket full of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower cap ect. There was a closet where there was a safe an ironing board, iron and blowdryer. Our room overlooked the pool. It was a pleasant experience.
