Well, for $50 bucks incl tax & having a clean room it's not bad... but as others have noted, the front desk is worthless, i'll explain but 1st be aware to not book any room with the option of a buffet breakfast for an extra $40 bucks.. not worth it! the average breakfast price per-person in the hotel restaurant is around 40-60 pesos or $5 US! don't over pay! exchange your dollars for pesos or you'll lose 3-4 bucks per transaction paying in US $ .. they'll give you 11.00 vs 13.30 pesos per every dollar at an exchange house. Parking is ONLY Valet.. be prepared to tip every time you need to leave so they can get your car!! (get pesos!) On the front desk being terrible, as soon as we checked in at 1pm we saw our room, left some documents & left to go eat, we got back around 2:30pm to see people in our room?? wtf? our room had been given away & our key didn't work anymore?? we asked to speak to the GM but were talked out of it by front desk (don't be fooled, speak to management) & were assigned another random room (we did get our docs back from the 1st room) not more than 4 hours go by before another lady knocks, opens the door & asked if we just got there? wtf? no privacy! put the chain on the door! anywho, i speak spanish fluently & there was never an error in communication , the staff just has no clue... again decent Hotel, clean by Tijuana standards.. subpar staff.

I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every single day I was there. Great customer service, good food, parking lot is well secured and in a safe area not far from american restaurants like Mc Donalds, Burger King, Subway..etc. Also very close to Plaza Rio where there are more restaurants and the movie theatre. I highly recommend it!!! Will stay there again this weekend!

very nice hotel with marble tile bath rooms .nice sized hotel rooms and what i really like in room safes. the hoterl is also located in a good part of town only about 1 mile from the zona rio and about 2 miles to el centro and the race track and casino.they have a very nice breakfast buffett a good business center and a very nice profecional front desk staff,durring regular business hours for the most part the front desk staff are bilingual. one last note the pool area is also very nice,but can be crowded also with many familys.

nice hotel. but overpriced breakfast. good rooms. tijuana is a wonderful place :P excellent service
