nice hotel. but overpriced breakfast. good rooms. tijuana is a wonderful place :P excellent service

We were in Tijuana for an event and the Palacio Azteca was centrally located for our needs. We were very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were a little hard, but not terrible. Lobby was comfortable and we spent time sitting there and people-watching. There were all types of parties, conventions and events happening. The hotel is also used by pilots and flight attendants- so it was quite busy. Pool area was a little dated- but kitchy! The front desk staff was very helpful. All in all a good experience- we hope to stay here again some day.

Hotel rooms are clean front desk personnel is always pleasant and helpful. We had the Sunday Brunch there TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT Service for us was poor we had to ask for everything the waiters didn't come around to refill our coffee we had to get up and call them over and I even got up once and just served my self from where they had the coffee, Food was not hot just warm, cashier was rude did not make eye contact didn't even say good morning, how was your breakfast. Only handed me the bill for $84.75 for 4 adults 1 child, too much in my opinion for what we got I don't mind paying for a good service but this was far from it. Also put the chain lock on your door housekeeping came around 9am and opened the door and she didn't even knock on the door before opening. would recommend to stay not to eat

We booked a room here Friday evening on the hotel website for Saturday night. We checked in around 12pm and everything went smoothly. They charged for the room at check-in which I found odd but they said its their policy, not that I minded. We got up to the room and found it to be very clean and spacious! The room was so quiet and I know there were other people staying on the floor but we didnt hear a peep. My only complaint would be the shower head was kind of funky but nothing too bad. Cant beat the stay for the price and location. We felt very safe and the staff was very attentive.
