The upstairs suite is fabulous, the hosts divine and the local staff are incredible in this little bit of paradise on the Bahia de Loreto. We used this spot as an ideal focal p[oint for explorations of the surrounding area. Paulette and Roberto are experienced and knowledgeable and make the stay easefull and pleasant. Oh did I say that the food is out of this world!!!

Loreto Playa is a beautifully appointed B&B with guest house. We have stayed in the guest house both times and enjoy its lovely rooms and private patios. You can't beat the location- an easy walk (or bike ride) to town and right on the beach. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise over Carmen Island and the many bird species in the nearby estuary. Paulette and Roberto are very gracious hosts. Their longevity and involvement in the Loreto community assures guests of a wealth of information on things to do and experience in the area. Loreto is a place of magnificant scenery, abundant marine life, and friendly people. I'm already planning our next visit!

We were exploring Loreto for the first time and found the perfect place to stay for our 6 day vacation! Our devoted hosts, Robert & Paulette have thoughtfully created a peaceful & restful Inn accomodating the weiry traveler. The tasty & beautiful breakfast delivered to our private patio started each day. And their concierge services helped us plan & direct our daily activities(whale watching, fishing, sight seeing) with a personal touch. The Inn is just a comfortable walk into town for great meals & entertainment. Located on the beach, we watched the sunrise from bed each day and always had a warm & welcoming place to return to after fun-filled days of activity. R & P have a keen eye for appealing decorating details for the Inn, but most importantly they are quite thoughful to provide an inviting & comfortable experience for their guests.

Five blissful 75 degree days (in December) staying in 1000 square foot guest house a stone's throw from the beach was the perfect anecdote for us considering the awful weather we were fleeing.

The hosts could not be more accomodating or gracious -- the luxury completely unexpected, given the modest surroundings of Loreto.

For the value, the laid back vibe, the full breakfasts and wondrful Christmas dinner, there could not be a more perfect accomodaton for our family of four.
