My wife and i just got back from Bajamar. We have not been there fo a couple of years. It has changed alot for the good.The golf course is in the best I've ever seen it. They just installed a desalination plant and they have lots of water and their lakes are full.The restaurant food was wonderfull and Friday night they had aTaco Bar with great Mexican food and live music, all for $9.00. I asked the manager there about the credit card problem they had there. He said they could not find any evidence of fraudulent charges through their files but had no choice but to replaced the whole staff. We found everyone to be helpful and polite.Bajamar with 4 holes on the ocean and spatacular views every where, this is a must play course. Check it out , we recommand it.

The stay at THE RESORT BAJAMAR was a pleasant surprise. New owners and new administration. THE HOTEL HACIENDAS BAJAMAR is a very pleasant hotel, incredible to make your WEDDING in the central patio of the HOTEL or in front of the sea with extraordinary views. We was there the last week and the food is excellent, the staff is polite, friendly and helpful . GOLF COURSE is in a very good conditions, spectacular views & awesome ocean breeze. Thoroughly recommended.

Do not stay here..I am from Los Angeles. I got married at Bajamar last year. One of my guests was a victim to credit card fraud. her bank investigated and confirmed that it was done at Bajamar. I contacted Bajamar discovering that they had fired two crooked fraud thieves that worked in the reception desk. They are a bunch of iars. please do not stay here...they were very rude and not very helpful..i regret getting married there..

My husband/I and our friends have gone a few times in the past. A few years ago- it was okay. It is MORE than slipping. The last few times the food has gotten worse, pool basically a hole with dirty water, thus the wives stopped going. However, the most recent time all 4 husbands' credit card info was stolen and all 4 had charges on their credit cards all over MX. The only place that all 4 gave out their cc info was Baja Mar- thus an employee. My suggestion, stay at Las Rocas up the coast and pay CASH for golf if you must play at Baja Mar. STAY AWAY is my best advice!!!!
