Hotel Corona remains one of my favorite places especially on that ride north up Baja. It is only an hour from the border and thru Trip Advisor they had a unique special. A free Tijuana 20 fast pass which allows you to get across in about 15-20 minutes. That was just killer.
The Hotel itself is very kind and friendly. Good restaurant and bar plus other places recommended by the staff that are good reasonable and nearby. The Hotel itself is clean the rooms neat and in the process of updating such as flat screen tv's free wireless internet and if you stay on the first floor a lovely patio. The Hotel is pet friendly. The prices are very reasonable and it is right on the water in the harbor and ez to find. I have stayed at more expensive and newer places but this one remains my favorite and has that old time Baja feeling.
