“Christmas Market weekend”

This 4* Guest house was a bit further out of Lincoln that we thought, and although a bus ran past the accommodation, it was very infrequent, so it was about a mile to walk to the next route. Saying that, we parked in the city early on the Saturday and had no problem parking.
Lincoln was absolutely heaving so having done the Christmas market, won't be going back for this. Although we will go back during the Spring or Summer as the Catherdral was one of the best we've been in.
The guest house was spotlessly clean and very modern. There were 3 couples in our party and we had the smallest room, however the other two rooms were huge! Ask for room 3 or 6 if possible! Breakfast was superb with lots of choice and tasted wonderful. As mentioned previously be another review, a nice touch to have a fridge on the landing with fresh milk.

“Excellent value”

Good attention to detail. Immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean, bedrooms contained everything one might need.
Lots of choice in the cooked breakfasts, and all included in the price.

“excellent B&B near Lincoln”

This B&B is some miles outside of Lincoln, on the road to Newark.
It's a beautiful B&B with friendly people, spacious modern rooms, excellent breakfast.

We only stayed one night but found the room spotlessly clean with an excellent en suite shower room. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious and well presented. A selection of dishes were available for breakfast including full English. A nice touch was the small fridge on the landing with additional milk for coffee or tea. The property is set back from a busy road.

“Hidden Gem”

Stayed here overnight whilst visiting Lincoln. Lovely place, made to feel very welcome. Bedroom was very clean and well presented. Tea, coffee etc available. Iron and board available too on the landing. Toiletries excellent. Wished we were staying more than one night. The taxi ride into Lincoln was around £8.
