Second trip to Inwood and looking forward to our next one. Lindsay & Irvine are superb hosts with a lovely sense of humour. Rooms are of a very high standard and spotlessly clean. The atmosphere is so relaxed we felt part of the family and the gardens are beautiful. The Scottish breakfast sets you up for the day and both Lindsay & Irvine are more than happy to offer suggestions and give directions of places to visit.

Delighful spot, amazing garden, an eye for detail and full of helpful information to make your trip even better. We traveled Scotland for two weeks and stay in B & Bs through out, some cheaper some more expensive and I can say with certainty that Inwood Garden was our best experience all around with B & Bs.
The rooms were tastefully decorated with plenty of room, the bathroom had the only bathtub I saw in Scotland and the bed was very confortable.
We were offered more variety with our breakfast (you can really get tired of eggs & sausage after two weeks) than most B & Bs and if you're really lucky and Irvine is in the mood he may give you a "scotch session", but please don't count on this, it's not part of the deal.
Lindsay and Irvine were wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome. We feel like we found dear friends in Inwood Garden.

We stayed for one night, while we were up in Edinburgh for the marathon. Lindsay and Irv were great hosts, welcoming, and entertaining. The room was immaculate - spotlessly clean and with some nice personal touches - chessboard, DVDs. The breakfast was great, but the best thing about it was definitely the hosts. They really went above and beyond - driving us in to Edinburgh, and picked us up afterwards. We also got a fascinating history lesson on the journey. These people deserve your business!

What a find! - after years of visiting relatives we have found a delightful, peaceful accommodation close to Edinburgh and local attractions, with every attention to detail.
