A great place to stay, only stayed for two nights but would have been more than happy to stay longer. Great value for money with an excellent breakfast. Lovely location with spectacular views both day and night with the beautiful dark skies the milky way is easily visible. The forest nearby has been award world dark sky status.

Blue Hill Farm is a very special place, set amongst rolling hills and near the sea. The accommodation is superb with comfy beds, the bathrooms are excellent with all the little extras that you might have forgotten. Aileen goes to great lengths to make you feel comfortable and cooks a brilliant Scottish breakfast along with all you would need if you are watching the calories! Had dinner in the local pub just a short drive away which was good too. A real treat and great value for money.
