We had our wedding celebrations at the Barley Bree after a service at Innerpeffray Chapel. The food was fantastique! The staff are generous, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make our celebration truly wonderful - I have advised many friends to go here for any meal or celebration. The rooms are equally lovely. If we had our wedding day again - it would be at the Barley Bree!

What a delight to find this spotlessly clean accommodation paired up with a fantastic restaurant where the food is amazing coupled with 5 star proper restaurant service...I recommend this place to everyone who appreciates good food and wine and fancies a wonderful night away - we will definitely return - cant wait!!!

Excellent accommodation, food and service, what more do you need.
We then went on to stay at Gleneagles it's a toss up which we enjoyed the most.
Also try Indulge coffee shop, in Auchterader, it's the best in Scotland.

Greeted with a warm welcome and shown our room to the front, spotlessly clean, large shower and huge comfortable bed. The highlight of the evening was in the restaurant, I had scallops followed by pheasant, my husband had soup followed by seaweed fed lamb, with the most interesting and expensive bottle of wine we have ever bought, the whole meal was exquisite. After a good nights sleep we were met with an equally wonderful cooked breakfast. We will be sure to stay again on one of our trips around Scotland again. I cannot recommend the restaurant and service enough.
