I just posted the pictures (against my better judgment) -- we really don't want too many people to know about this place. As you can see the view is incredible. The house is directly on the beach. The master bedroom, living/dining and kitchen are all on one floor. There is a small apartment with a separate entrance that has a queen bed and a single bed and a bath/dressing area (but you share the living areas upstairs). Both bedrooms have an a/c unit and it is very comfortable with new linens and furniture. The couch is also a sleeper. The caretaker is very nice and very helpful. Nothing fancy - not luxurious, just everything you need and the most beautiful views and beaches and water in the world. The island is very quiet with little to do - but that's what we like about it. We rented a boat and went island hopping every day. We rented a car and one day we drove around Great Exuma and Little Exuma just exploring. The people are wonderful. I'd advise taking all the food you need as items in the small grocery stores are very expensive and very limited. We didn't find a loaf of bread until the day before we left - and we found a bakery on Little Exuma- in a native's home - everyone calls her mama. She was awesome and we had lunch with her and several of her family members. Her daughter fried up some grouper fingers and mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. We loved it! We went to The Four Seasons and walked around, but we liked our view better. Couldn't have had a more relaxing vacation.
