We stayed two nights atTwo Turtles. Its a nice place and just in the middle of Georgetown. The bar in the evening is very nice and we loved the rape and scrape music. Even if it wasent live music I love the rythem of the Bahamas. Thank you all off you that works there.

I did not stay at the two turtles, but enjoyed drinks and meals there often. We loved the atmosphere and its being the center of island life.
In the busy season have a outdoor dinner that is very reasonable where everyone attends. The off season only locals and U.S. Army will be there, the servicemen will be glad for the visitors from home. Time passes slowly on this island.

I arrived by boat and stayed on my boat in Georgetown harbour, but I got a chance to hang out at the Two Turtles and sample their food. Two Turtles is in the middle of the town, close to the shops, market and the churches. The service was good. Food was very nice and it was one of the most affordable sit down dinners we had in the Bahamas. In the evening the was usally a local reggae group and it was a great time to mix with the local people. There were also sailors from around the glode sharing stories of their travels. The lobby has a computer which is availible for internet acess at a very high price. The dial up connection wen down every couple of minutes. Two Turtles was a very friendly spot. I would reccomend it for sure>
