“Would stay Again”

Stayed at Imperial Club on 18th Floor. Check in was slow and unorganized but we waited on 19th floor lounge for our room to be ready. Accommodations are expensive but continental breakfast, tea, happy hour and dessert are included daily. We ate most of our meals in the Club Lounge where they had free internet. Breakfast selections were from the Marketplace restaurant on the first floor of the Royal Towers. There was an overabundance of food to choose from and in the afternoon they provided sandwiches, vegetable, fruit, dips and chicken. Free drinks were from 5-7 daily and dessert and coffee, tea, etc. started at 8-11p.m. The included food service paid for the increased room rates. We upgraded to an ocean view which was not necessary. The harbor view was just as beautiful during day and night. This was our second trip to Atlantis and we would definitely stay at the Imperial Club again just for the food benefit. We paid for the fitness center for three days and found it to be up to date and well staffed. We were shocked to see that smoking was allowed throughout the complex in the bars and especially in the entire casino area. Nobu was a total waste of money. We ordered two entrees and split a salad and the bill was $112.00 with tip. We drank tap water and had no other food items. Music was way too loud in restaurant.
We were contemplating staying at the Ocean Club or the Cove but chose Imperial Club due to it's central location. The rooms at the Imperial Club are standard and could probably use updating but they were clean and housekeeping was great with extra towels etc.

“Fantastic”

We were traveling with our three year old daughter and chose to stay at the Imperial Club in lieu of the Royal Towers with a meal plan. This worked perfectly for us...there was breakfast, light lunch, snacks and dessert daily--we went to eat at night and at poolside a couple of days. The Imperial Club staff was terrific...when they learned my daughter wanted to see the dolphins, they actually changed our room to one overlooking the Dolphin Cay. They made our trip truly memorable. Thank you.

“Didn't want to leave”

We enjoyed our Feb trip to Atlantis, we came home to snow which is making us miss it even more. The Imperial Club was the way to go, definately worth it. We used the Club room often, it was nice not having to go out for breakfast and lunch everyday. My kids don't eat a lot so it was perfect to grab a snack for them and a coffee for us. Jasmine was fabulous!!! She helped make it a wonderful experience for all of us. We can't wait to return!

Considering we left 30 degrees at home and Nassau was a balmy 72, it was just great! Very attentive staff, lovely facility.

“Worth the price!”

Without thinking that it was hurricane season, my husband and I spent our September birthdays at the Atlantis/Royal Towers. I booked rooms at the Imperial Club level and although the club was closed at the time of our stay we were definitely compensated. We really enjoyed all the activities the resort provides and we plan to visit again in the near future. The weather by the way turned out to be beautiful!!
