Just got back from the resort a few days ago. Traveled with friends really looking to relax get sun and have fun at night. The first day we got there I was a little nervous because of the reviews I had read and the rooms are really not the greatest. This ended up being a great vacation...we met great people on vacation and have become friends. Karoke bar at night is a great time if you get the crowd going...and Sean is awsome! Staff is great and very friendly and the food is great compared to other all inclusives. Outdoor bar is a lot of fun and has great food for lunch and late night snacks. Ocean was a nice 78 degrees but pool was freezing. Make sure you go on the Booze and Cruise that picks people up right at the dock in the back of the resort...you get in some good snorkling then a private beach and then 2 hours of boozin and cruising...its a great time! Atlantis is a 5 minute walk and is in a good neighborhood so you arent worried about walking. Make sure you get a balcony room...the view is awesome and it is worth it. The elevators are possessed but it makes each trip up and down an experience.

The hotel was fine.The food was excellent. It was the staff alone however,that made our stay exceptional! Their friendliness and helpfulness just knocked us out!From check in to check out,every one we delt with during our stay made us feel at home!Give them raises!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in mid February and despite colder than usual weather, had a great time.
The Staff, and all Bahamians actually, are very friendly. We spent most of our time cycling in Nassau or at the Atlantis resort and used the hotel for food and sleep.

Given the cost, the hotel is a tremendous value. Cleanliness was fine. The hotel is a little dated but again price reflects that.

The food was actually above par in our opinion. Meats (roast beef, pork chops) were cooked to perfection although the buffet warmers have a way of overcooking everything in time. The pastry chef did an impressive job with what I imagine to be a tight budget.

In reading some of the negative reviews, I'm left wondering what peoples expectations are based on? Our entire package was under $100 a night with food drink and flight ( per person).
The Island Harbor had us overwhelmed for that price.

Start with realistic expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised by your stay.

all inclusive was great. food was good and drinks were awesome. took a few room changes to get what we reserved. overall the week was awesome. planned meals around being at the hotel. within walking distance to atlantis, the beach, and all kinds of shops.
