We spent a week at Club Land'or on Paradise Island. We had an enjoyable trip. Club Land'or has a fabulous location just at the end of the bridge, on the marina with million dollar plus yachts and within a short walk to the Atlantis Resort. If you are not too picky about how the rooms look, it will be a suitable Resort.
Club Land'or has obviously lacked updating over the years. The carpets are tired and the furniture is old. Instead of tropical paintings on the wall we had cottage and mountain scenes that looked as if they were purchase from a starving artists sale. We purchased the Atlantis beach passes and it was a good value. We enjoyed watching the yachts come and go on a daily basis.
The casino and the marina shops were right around the marina basin. The staff was pleasant. Our only wish is if they would redo the rooms. The units had a full kitchen but essentials like dishwashing lotion and some utensils were missing. We simply purchased and left them.
The Restaurant was sort of a disappointment. We had the grouper and it was fishy and we did not finish it or return for dinner meals. There are lots of restaurant options nearby. We had the best meals walking across the bridge to Potters Cay and had always had great meals of fresh seafood, mainly grouper and conch.
Another nice thing about Club Land'or was that it was small enough that you could easily make friends with the other guests. I don't think that would be the case at a huge mega-resort like Atlantis.
We would come again mainly because of its location. If you can deal with a aging facility, it is acceptable. If not, another resort may be a better choice.
