Condo (Suite 1622) on the 2nd floor has everything, super clean and great sunrise view right from the balcony. You can save $$ with their snorkel equipment, beach towels, chairs, fridge/freezer, soap/shampoo, etc... cooler provided for free. Location is perfect. Watch the gorgeous sunset just up the hill (5 mins walk) from any of the other 2 complex condo's which can be accessed with a door code provided my the Brownings. We rented an eco car via priceline (Hertz @29/day) and ended up receiving a 4x4 jeep. Driving on left needs to get used to, but not a big deal, speed limit mostly is <30 miles/hr. Taxi is most readily available from next door at Bolongo.com for those who don't want to drive.

Visited many of the island's beaches, they are all awsome and so relaxing compaired to the hustle/bustle to NY. Local folks are most helpful and caring to help with any questions. They are on "Island Time. Make sure you relax as well; don't rush. Took the ferry to StJohn's several times for hiking, and to BVI Virgin Gorda to see the Bath's via http://www.piratespenny.com/boats.html. This was one of the best part of our trip.

Paradise Point for watching the sunset. Wed's night from 5pm is $5/person. Get into the 3rd car going up and 1st car going down for best view of the bay/ships. No more bird show, contract expired. Had the Bushwacker; ok. Park for free accross the street at Havensight Mall.

K-mart had great booze prices. Food Center towards Red Hook had a great selection of groceries & booze.

We ate at the sight (Mim's and Iggies)... I appreciate great food for great price, this was not it, but OK. But I do see folks have plenty of positive feedback on these restaturants. By all means, service was most pleasant.

After reading the positive reviews we were looking forward to our visiit. Our 2 bed condo is over the rocks with a great view of the water and sound of the ocean. But we were not told that there is a very large Iguana population that lives here...we counted 18 at one time together.....and that they climb vertically up the stucco and onto your patio. They come on the patio while you are sitting there and they are not at all afraid of you. We had to hit them with a broom to get them off the deck. They also climbed up to the kitchen windows and and one time either fell or pushed its way through the screen into the condo. Having a wild animal trapped inside is dangerous and scary. 2 days later we came home and another one was on the windowsill. The owners advice is to keep all doors and windows closed as the screens are broken. We have lived in the Caribbean for 5 years so are very used to iguanas, but have never seen this aggressive and unafraid behavior and would not have rented here if we knew we would be sharing our deck with iguanas.
Our unit was not at all luxurious but very basic. Bolongo is a very convenient location, but it takes no time to drive the island so stay where you will be comfortable!

Stayed at Scott and Leah's two bedroom condo. View was absolutely wonderful. Condo clean - location great - little extras like cooler and beach chair was nice - they also provided plenty of bath and beach towels. Strongly recommend eathing at Mim's which is right outside of condo by the beach. Condo had updated furniture - only thing I missed was a blender for frozen drinks...went with my mom, daughter and friend to visit my stepson and his wife. Will definately return to same condo with my husband...

You can't beat this place for location, quality of condo and all the info Scott and Leah provide to make you stay on St. Thomas the best.
We travel a lot and this was one of the best condos we have stayed in with all the best ammenities including an amazing view of the bay from our patio..On our top 5 list. Outr side of bringing food in, there is nothing you would want. From beach gear, snorkling, chairs etc. to being next door to a resort where you have access to all the water sports etc and a couple of good restaurant. We wil be back. High five to Scott and Leah!!
