From the moment we arrived, until the time we had to leave, this was the place to be! We stayed in the Browning's 2BR condo in building 16 (again). Even better, the 2nd time! This time for our anniversary, we were greeted in the condo with a welcome basket. Same as last year, the reservation process was seemless, and everything as advertised (even better in our opinion). All the information provided is right-on (no need to stray from it - they include the best suggestions). We got to meet Scott and Leah this time; even chartered with them to swim with turtles; definitely our best day; very nice boat. We enjoyed Mims and Iggies onsite (all-u-can-eat, we did!) and also made our way to Magens (Udder Delight milkshakes), Lindquist and over to St. John.

Worthy of saying, we peeked in some of the other condos (they are all different inside) and looked at some real estate this trip, and couldn't find anything that came close to our unit; not even close. Our furnishings and views were the best we saw; location to pool and beach can't be beat.

We are hoping this will be us at our 10th anniversary. Living the dream with nice beach condos and boating in St. Thomas. Cheers to our St. Thomas friends - Until next time . . .

The unit we stayed in was very outdated and DIRTY! First thing we had to do was wash the sheets and comforter,and clean the AC filter and even mop the floors~ I honestly was amazed how someone can rent a place like this...food was in the refg left over from last person. MANY personal items were in every room. EVERY closet was full of stuff. The unit is located in bldg 17 and did not have a phone or internet as advertised. Not a good experience at all...the room effected our entire trip...it really was that bad. Dirty appliances,still crumbs in toaster oven..and not just a few! Don't think u will enjoy the balcony...very small w/an oversized table and a nasty collection of burned out candles..I came home and looked at the pics they had posted....unbelievable~
OH!!! and the music nect door at Iggies will keep you awake..

Wow, what a great condo. It is very nicely decorated and makes you feel at home. The location couldn't be any more convenient to the pool and to the beach. This is the only 3BR condo available at this location which makes it even more attractive. We will definitely be back.

The weather was perfect every day and we found plenty to do. Great Food, Drinks and sights.

We have visited Magens Bay beach before while on a Carnival Cruse, but this was the first time we stayed 10 days. It rained 3 days out of 10 days but the rain only lasted 10 minutes!

I cost a little more to stay on St. Thomas but it's worth it because everything you want to do it right there.
