We stayed for a month at the Aquamarine in the one bedroom apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped including a water cooler and an outside BBQ which we made good use of. Eating area is a glass topped table and chairs. The lounge area has cable TV, stereo and wifi. It has an outside sitting area with table, chairs and lounge chairs. There are outside showers to rinse your feet off after a stroll on the beach. Beach area is deep and no matter which way you walk there are very few people until you get to the Beaches resort. Aquamarine has a good size pool with lots of lounging area and if you feel really energetic they have a tennis court as well and if you are feeling adventurous they have one and two person sea kayaks. Paula and John are great hosts and do pick up and drop off at the airport. John had gone out fishing one day and we were lucky enough to be invited to their fish fry night. Turks and Caicos has beautiful beaches and snorkeling just steps away - we will definitely be back!

We were put in a drab inferior apartment in a house that wasn't featured on the website. It was pokey and next to a noisy road. The advertised sea views, daily cleaning, padded sun loungers, telephone, patio furniture and BBQ were all missing. This was supposed to be a luxury apartment - we were very disappointed.

The beach house was beautiful! We found that we didn't need the air conditioning because the breezes were fine each day. We rented a car one day to explore the island but the rest of the time we walked to the IGA grocery store (14 minute walk) and for lunch or dinner each day we walked to the restaurants at Turtle Cove (about 15 minutes) away. The owners, Paula and John, were very nice and live on site. The house is well furnished and had daily maid service. Vicky, the maid actually mopped the tile in the entire house and on the deck every day. We snorkeled the reef right in front of the house which was very healthy and saw a nice variety of corals, fish and a turtle. Smith's reef was about a 10 minute walk one direction and Coral Garden's reef was another good reef about a 10 minute walk the other direction. The beach house also had boats that you can use which were a lot of fun. Grace Bay is gorgeous and the location of this house is perfect!

Great beachfront location, especially if you are interested in snorkling with 3 very accesible sites: in front of the property, and about half way in between Smith's and Bight reefs, both an easy walk.

Grocery store very close and good restaurants a short drive away. You wil need a rental car.

The only negative I can mention is if you want to be in air conditioning during the day. The living and kitchen areas are not air conditioned but cross breezes keep the area pleasant. Individual units in the bedrooms provide excellent cooling during the night.

Paula, the owner , is very accesible and helpful if needed.

There are multiple units but with good spacing.

We would certainly go again.
