Great place right on the main strip on Grace Bay. Great lougers and pool, clean hotel and very friendly manager! Right in the middle of all the resorts, excellent restaurants, dive shop, etc nearby. They even have their own small beach! Great place to stay, I would go back in a second!

Jan 20 to 30, 2012..We have just returned from a 10 day stay at the Grace Bay Suites in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. The one bedroom suite was clean and and reasonably priced for the Turks and Caicos. The hotel also provides a mini fridge & wi-fi in the unit. The pool is small, but we never had any problems finding space by the pool to relax.
The hotel is in an ideal location. It is located in the centre of Grace Bay. A public access walkway will take you to the beautiful Grace Bay beach. This is only a 5 to 10 minute minute walk from the hotel. Shopping (Saltmills) and restaurants (Danny Buoys) are adjacent to the hotel. The local Gourmet IGA is about a 15 minute walk. They provide an excellent breakfast & coffee. The patio overlooks the pool, which made sitting outside an enjoyable place to enjoy your morning coffee & take-out breakfast.
This is an excellent hotel for couples, if you just want a relaxing vacation. The only real nightlife is Danny Buoys, which is really only a little loud on Friday nights.
If you rent a vehicle, (GraceBay rentals is 5 minutes from the hotel) it is a great way to see the Provo island at your own pace.
Also visit the animal shelter at the Salt Mills plaza & think about adopting a potcake puppy. Take a potcake for a walk on the beach & leave a donation.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating.

We stayed only one night here on our way to Salt Cay. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. A nice breeze comes through the room if you open the door out to the patio that overlooks the pool. I especially enjoyed the giant shower with large shower head mounted directly overhead! Plenty of bath towels are provided. It is an easy walk to the beach but there is a nice, small pool at the hotel with plenty of chairs and a large hammock. Great price for a pleasant stay on an otherwise pricey island!

WIFI very weak
NO beach chairs; political battles for beach front and chair space going on.
Mosquitoes will eat you alive!
Sewage smell in the afternoons by the pool side
no iron in room; had to ask for it, and it did not work
damp smell in bathroom
had trouble with safe working correctly; had to have manager look at it twice

In short, aggravating over the course of a 6 day vacation. This place is in the midst of change; upgrading and change of ownership. I would be loathe to go back, and would really check it out before making reservations to vacation there.
