Ok, it looked nice from the outside. Once inside the courtyard the pool area was ok except for the areas that must have been used for a bar and food. They were cluttered with chairs and tables and other "garbage". Obviously they haven't had those areas in use for a long time now. The pool area was nice except for the fact that the lounge chairs were not wiped down and they were dirty. We sat out the first night and had beers. We left the bottles on a table since a garbage can was nowhere in sight. Those bottles sat there until I threw them away 3 days later. As far as the room, the carpet was dirty. The shower head needed CLR since the calcium and hard water build up prevented a nice stream of water. There were spiders and webs in the corners as well as a spider in the bed when I pulled back the covers. Despite the fact that the doors of the rooms are left open during the day, the room smelled very musty. The sliding glass door was broken so we ended up moving to another room. This one did not have spiders, but one of the ceiling tiles was missing. This establishment would not be that bad if they would just maintain it. I honestly felt like asking how much they would be willing to sell it for because with the right changes it would be a nice place to stay.
