My husband and I stayed at Kapok for Old Years night. We had a small problem at check in but it was sorted out with an upgrade to a Superior room, which we really appreciated! The room was modern, updated and clean! Our room had a nice balcony as well!

All staff at the hotel was welcoming and very helpful! Breakfast was good, lots of fruit, which I love!

We didnt use the pool or gym but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kapok! We will be back because of the great rates!

We stayed in Port of Spain with a group of friends. We had a wonderful experience at the Kapok Hotel. Beautiful rooms with shared balconies. The rooms were wonderful and the restaurant the hotel was great. We had a private room at dinner. Enjoyed our time completely.

I wouldsay this is anice hotel for the price. Hotel staff is very kind, very nice resturant & Bar with a nice pool and plants. Very close to down town and a nice little shopping center.

Not only are the rates affordable but the warm and welcoming customer service and greeting at the reception area was excellent. We were met by Nicole and Anthony who set the tone for the stay. The pictures on this site didn't lie, it is exactly as you see. The colour palette and design of the lobby was a wow factor for me. Nice location as well --- close to the zoo, botanical park and the savannah, a mini mall and restaurants. Rooms and general house keeping was good too. When I do return, no questions definately Kapok for accomodation.
