Clean and simple accomadation at a good price. Rooms have air conditioning and a Tv. It's located on the outskirts of Charlestown and is only about a 10 min. walk to the town center. The best part about the location is that your only about a 5 min. walk from the finest beach in Nevis, Pinneys beach. There is also a new seaside bar restaurant right on the beach called Double Deuce (5 min. walk). I reccommend it. Lathen and Elizabeth own and operate the property. They are excellent hosts who care. They want your stay to be nice and pleasant. I had a problem with the bed on my first night. They took care of it immediately when I reported it the next day. I stayed for 5 nights and got to know Lathen and Elizabeth. They're good people. The property also has a common area and kitchen that you can use. For longer stays they will give you a better rate. All in all I think this is about the best value your going to get on Nevis. The only downside is thats its located next to a busy road so I would request a room towards the back of the building. Although it can be noisey during the day I found the nights to be very quiet. Traffic is sparse at night. One other bonus is that you can pick up a public min van bus riight in front of the Guest house. $2.50 E.C. ( $1.00 US ) will get you about anywhere you want to go.

This is a very simple, clean guest house located steps away from Pinneys beach. The proprietor, Gary, could not be more helpful and kind. There are no TVs in the room, nor phones. These are basic accomodations. I found it to be an excellent location to explore the town of Charlestown and to play on the beach. This is not the Four Seasons, yet it is a short walk away down Pinnys beach. I did not need a car, I took the bus and walked everywhere. If you are on a budget this is a nice way to explore this gorgeous island.
