I agree with the previous review -- a wonderful place. Our hosts were extremely helpful (eg, did grocery shopping for us since we arrived on a holiday) and completely reliable. The views are AMAZING! And, the pool is right there. Perfect location and clean and comfortable, even luxurious, amenities. We were very glad we rented a car. I will definitely be staying there whenever I go back to St Kitts.

We have recently returned from a week stay at Villa Vista in St. Kitts, and I must say it was truly an amazing property on an absolutely enchanting island!
Having experienced the "all inclusive" Caribbean Resorts in the past, I was curious to see what a private home in a private community had to offer. We were NOT disappointed!! The property itself was immaculate, with beautiful architecture and landscaping. The home was furnished beautifully with quality decor and state of the art electronics and appliances (although the flat screen plasma TV was seldom used!!).
I must say, there was nothing better about the villa than the view it provided...simply stunning. At one end of your balcony, you are overlooking the Atlantic ocean with it's waves crashing on the shoreline, while at the other end of the balcony your eyes meet the calm Caribbean waters...and of course, the lush, mountainous terrain that separates the two seas. From the private infinity pool to the expansive floorplan and amenities, there were no areas where this property fell short.
The location of Villa Vista, in our opinion, could not have been better. The island's most popular nightspots, exceptional restaurants, and the necessities like grocery stores were conveniently nearby. However, when in the Villa, you felt as if you were "away from it all", a true benefit of a private home.
It is strongly recommended that you acquire a rental car/SUV for your stay, as taxi fares can add up quickly and since you are not on a "resort", you will most definitely want to explore the ENTIRE island!
The primary purpose of this review was to give kudos to the owners of Villa Vista St. Kitts. They provide a beautiful home on a captivating island. I could write for hours about our experiences on St. Kitts and Nevis... the wonderful secluded beaches and countryside not yet tainted by mass tourism... The amazing dining experiences with the best lobster I have EVER had... The tropical rain forest with it's hidden plantations... The breathtaking sunsets... And, yes, the Monkeys!! But I feel the experience would not have been as amazing if it wasn't for the privilege we had of staying at the magnificent property of Villa Vista in St. Kitts!!
